You have the right to return the products you have bought without penalty and without having to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 15 calendar days of the date you receive the products.

In this case, you will be charged only with the direct cost of returning the products.

Refunds will only be accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them in, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or broken, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
