Terms of use
The www.stefanouproductions.gr site is owned exclusively and mainly by Stefanou
Productions and its representative, Ms Maria Stefanou.
This Convention covers only any sale of products via the website
www.stefanouproductions.gr . Any deviations from this Convention must be confirmed by
Stefanou Productions. Any other Terms and Conditions shall be expressly excluded. Any user entering and using the services of the electronic store shall be deemed to consent and unreservedly accept the conditions set out here, without exception. If a user does not agree to these terms,he or she must refrain from using the electronic store and any transaction with it.
Sending your order will imply acceptance of this Contract and all its terms.

1. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for selecting a Product and its suitability to their purposes.

2. Orders
Orders must be received in writing online by completing and sending the relevant Order Form
available on www.stefanouproductions.gr. Your order is considered received by Stefanou
Productions once you have received an update on order status. Order status updates appear on
the user's screen and are emailed to the user's online contact address. During processing each
registered order, the inventory availability of the products ordered is also confirmed. If the
availability or delivery time differs from that indicated on the product page, an update shall
be obtained. The prices quoted for the various products on www.stefanouproductions.gr
include legal VAT.
The prices of the electronic store may change at any time without notice. "Web Price" means
that the product concerned has a different price if purchased through the Electronic store than
the one at which it is currently available at the Stefanou Productions physical shops on 22th Albertou Nar street, Thessaloniki , Faliro and Stefanou Productions bears no liability and does not cover price differences for products purchased from a Stefanou Productions physical store or an associate or book store and the customer subsequently identified a lower price in their online store or vice versa.
The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. In case of low/limited
availability of product stock offered by Stefanou Productions reserves a reasonable right for
orders to be executed on the basis of the satisfaction of as many customers as possible, i.e.
orders registered by different/separate users.
Stefanou Productions’ endeavor to provide you in good faith with daily high quality services, is
not responsible for and is not bound by any errors in characteristics, photos and product
prices listed on www.stefanouproductions.gr and cannot ensure that there are no errors from any cause when importing and/or updating the characteristics and/or price of a product.
In good faith and for your own protection, please note whether a product is offered at an
unusually low or high price for its market value before placing your order and contact
Customer Service at +302310 22113 or by e-mail at stefanoumia@gmail.gr if that is the
case.
Stefanou Productions provide the user with the ability to order the products available through the electronic store and to take the products from its offices on the ground floor of 22th Albertou Nar street, Thessaloniki, Faliro, 54641. In particular, the customer may select through the electronic store the product(s)-books he/she wishes either paying via credit card electronically at www.stefanouproductions.gr or by cash, when the products are received from the physical store in Thessaloniki. This possibilityis provided if the customer is a registered member on the Stefanou Productions site,www.stefanouproductions.gr, so that they have already provided the informationnecessary to identify them with (ex. name, e-mail address, telephone).

3. Order Cancellations
Cancel your order at any time before it's completed by calling +302314038099 or by email at
stefanoumia@gmail.com . Depending on your order progress stage, we'll let you know what
options you have.

4. Order Delivery
The products can be shipped to you anywhere within Greece. The products will be sent via ELTA Courier at the location you indicated on your courier Order form. Shipping costs are 3.50€
for the entire Greek territory (including VAT) up to X kilos, while the exchange service (cash upon delivery) costs 1€ extra.
For orders with a net value of more than 50 € there is no freight charge.
Stefanou Productions, subject to condition 1, will make every effort to ship the products to you
within 1-3 working days (Monday through Friday). For products not labeled as "Readily
Available" and , provided they can be ordered by Stefanou Productions suppliers, delivery time
is approximately 3-20 business days (Monday through Friday) depending on the product
category.

5.Warranty
Stefanou Productions does not guarantee protection for third party products (products not
manufactured and/or assembled by or on behalf of Stefanou Productions , which Stefanou
Productions simply resells). For such products you will be guaranteed directly by the
manufacturer or the licensee. Stefanou Productions does not guarantee protection for the
suitability of a sold product for any particular purpose.

6. Force Majeure
Stefanou Productions is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to
circumstances that cannot be attributed to Stefanou Productions' liability or are due to force
majeure and will be entitled to an extension of the execution time. Examples can be strikes,
acts of terrorism, war, supplier problems /transport /production, exchange rate fluctuations,
government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2
months, this Convention may be terminated by any party without compensation.

7. Product Returns - Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the products you have bought without penalty and without having
to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 15 calendar days of the date you receive
the products. In this case, you will be charged only with the direct cost of returning the
products. Refunds will only be accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same
condition as you received them in, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or broken,
together with the retail receipt or invoice.
Refunds shall be accepted provided that:
- You have contacted Stefanou Productions offices via telephone, or our online store on the same day or the next business day.
- The products are in the same condition as you have received them in, i. e. they have not been
unsealed or their packaging has not been broken.
- The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
In order to request the return of the products you have purchased from our online store, you
must notify us in writing at stefanoumia@gmail.com on the subject of "Application for a
Product Return" with a date/market document number and the reasons for the refund within
that time limit. Provided that you receive written return authorization from Stefanou
Productions , the address at which the products must be sent for return is: Albertou Nar 22th street, 54641, Thessaloniki, Greece.
In the event of product return, depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the
way in which the refund will be issued, your money will be reimbursed within 30 days of
the date on which we receive your products-books.
This Convention shall not affect any consumer rights provided for in the legislation.

8. Amendment of the terms of this
Stefanou Productions reserves the right to amend or renew trading terms and conditions. The
modification or renewal will take effect from the time this text is updated for any change.
If any part of this Convention is found to be void or inapplicable by a court order, the
remainder of the Convention shall remain in force. Stefanou Productions may conclude an
agreement to delegate its obligations to an appropriate third party. Otherwise, no Party shall
be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notifications must be made in
writing (by hand, by e-mail, fax or by first class e-mail, considered as delivered 48 hours after
mail).

9. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction
This Convention shall be governed by European and Greek law, in particular legislation
regulating matters relating to electronic commerce, long distance selling and consumer
protection, and shall be in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.

User responsibility
Users agree and undertake not to use the online store for:
